I spray this in my mouth when I'm feeling uncomfortable-- on the bus/plane or waiting in line. Usually I feel better right away. It may be a placebo effect but it does calm me most of the to meI use it. May have to do with the bit of alcohol in it. I used to take tranquilizers but have gone to alternative solutions for health reasons.

I use this whenever I feel like the stress is getting to be too much. It works fast, lasts long and always seems to work for me. It is a great healthy alternative.

I have never used this on humans, just my dog. Whenever there are strangers in the house she is over the edge. Just a few quick squirts and she is mellowed out. This works well for a pending storm. Safe and not addicting. Makes one feel better to see your dog not so stressed and can relax.

An accupressist told me about this years ago. It works quickly with no side effects. I used to get panic attacks and this would stop them within 10 minutes.

This product is great for teething babies and toddlers. I have been using this product since my child starting teething. She is now six and it works great for separation issues and anxiety. The first time I tried the product, I thought perhaps I felt a little benefit, so naturally I was eager to try it again. Since then, I never found it to do anything, so perhaps the first time was merely a placebo effect. Yes, the taste is quite strong, but it dissipates quickly, which is about the only good thing I have to say for it. Sorry.

This works very subtly. But, I do find that if I use it when I know I will be facing a stressful situation or even during the situation, it helps calm me down. I've even used it during mild panic attacks and it has helped. It's also safe to use with pets who get nervous or anxious. Great product!

I can't tell that this works. I did get a little sleepy once or twice but no stress relief. Also, it taste like alcohol.

it tasted bad, like burbon, didn't work was a waste of money. i let a few people at work try it as well and they all said it did nothing for them.
