I have used this product for myself to calm down and it has been very effective...subtle but effective. I especially use this for my pets. They do not like the alcohol, but it helps my pets come out of seizures. It also helps my pets when they are afraid of thunder and fireworks. Non toxic!

The directions say to ...

The directions say to spray twice onto your tongue when needed for stress. I felt absolutely nothing when doing so. I sprayed 14 times and again, nothing happened. I thought there may be a delayed reaction, but nothing changed. I would not even give it a rating of "1" - more like zero. This little concoction was just plain useless.
