I take this product just after I lie down in bed, and it helps me fall asleep within just a few minutes. I only take one, which is all I need to sleep through the night. Before I started using this product, I was having trouble falling asleep, sometimes taking up to 30 minutes. Now, it takes me about 5-10 minutes, at most.

Since menopause sleep has been difficult. Have tried different herbs/sleep aids. This definitely works. Only negative is have found I have intense dreams after taking.

Have used this on occasion and have found it helpful. I take two tablets at a time. They melt immediately and taste wonderful. In a little while relaxation begins. It is noway like perscription sleeping pills but it is a very good alternative. Will buy again although a bit expensive.

I've been trying to find a natural sleep supplement that doesn't contain melatonin so I was excited to find this. I love anything natural that doesn't contain hormones and I've had good luck with most homeopathic supplements but I was disappointed that these didn't help me at all.
They didn't make me even a little bit sleepy all night, even after taking five or six of them.

I gave it three stars because it did work on my kids, but I can't be sure it was the supplement and not a placebo effect for them. Most homeopathic do work better on children and at least it doesn't have any harmful ingredients, so its a safe supplement to use for them but they each had to take 2-3 (15 minutes apart) to get to sleep so they may have been sleepy by that time anyway. Its hard to know.

i use this product nightly to help me fall asleep and enjoy a nice restful consistent sleep if you need more as you wake up during the night you simply dissolve a little liquid capsule as often as necessary with no drowsy aftereffects whatsoever i see only good things concerning this product and nothing bad
