One or more of these harmful ingredients are in most other oils that are not either expeller pressed or cold pressed. The mfgs. are not required to put these harmful ingredients on the label, if they are under a certain percentage. This is horrible for people who suffer from allergies to these ingredients. These harmful ingredients are NOT in expeller-pressed oils. These crackers are a delicious, healthy snack. I buy them regularly. Pros

I find little comparison in quality of ingredients to the major brands. These taste slightly different then the saltier Ritz or sweeter Town House but stand on their own for good flavor. Comments about Back to Nature Classic Rounds, 8.5 oz: These are excellent crackers. Very light, and crisp, with just the right amount of salt. I top them with light cream cheese so yummy! The only problem was finding quite a few broken ones at the bottom of the box. I hope to find these locally instead. The only problem with these crackers which I encountered was they break a little too easily for me, but in the end the taste was yummy!
