Soon, it was our most popular item, and health food stores across California were asking for it. Our business grew but our mission never changed: Give people truly flavorful, wholesome foods made with simple ingredients.

Our Passion: In creating our vision for Back to Nature™, we learned that there's a powerful demand for what we are passionate about: nutritious foods without artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. It seems that people don't want to eat things they can't pronounce. Who can blame them?

Top of Stove

Boil 6 Cups of water.  Stir in Macaroni.  Boil 14-16 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain.  Do not rinse.  Return to pan.
Add 1-1/2 Tbsp. unsalted organic butter, 3 Tbsp. organic 1% lowfat milk and Cheese Sauce mix.
Mix well.

Makes about 2 cups

No Drain Microwave

Pour Macaroni into 2 quart microwaveable bowl.
Add 1-3/4 cups hot water.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring every 5 minutes.  Continue as directed above.

Reduced Fat Preparation:  (39% less fat than prepared regularly)  For either method, prepare as above, but reduce unsalted organic butter to 3/4 Tbsp and substitute organic fat free milk for 1% lowfat milk.

Regular preparation contains 12g fat, 380 calories & 780mg sodium per serving, reduced fat preparation contains 7g fat, 340 calories & 780 mg sodium per serving.
