I usually apply at night and my hands are much smoother the next day. It would be awesome with night gloves to lock in the moisture. Haven't had any problems on sensitive skin. It is a little bit difficult to use at first because it's a balm and therefore a solid - though it does soften up as you dig into it. It does what it says it will: heals rough, dry, chapped hands - especially if you use it multiple times a day. The only negative for me is the smell. VERY strong birch scent. I'm not a fan of the smell. Overall a good product, especially if you like or don't mind the smell of birch. REVIEWS Reviewed by 35 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about Badger Healing Balm, 2 oz: This works pretty well. It is a little bit difficult to use at first because it's a balm and therefore a solid - though it does soften up as you dig into it. I'm not a fan of the smell. Overall a good product, especially if you like or don't mind the smell of birch. Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Badger Healing Balm, 2 oz: Bought this mainly to hydrate my cuticles. Since I've been using this (around 6 weeks) my nails have grown unbelievably long and strong. They usually split and I had to keep them short - but no more. I rub it into my cuticles and nails once or twice a day. Love the smell - it reminds me a bit of wintergreen. When applied it feels a little greasy, but it soaks in really well.

Comments about Badger Healing Balm, 2 oz: This stuff works great. It does need to be worked into hands for a minute or two to really get covered and absorbed, but it works better than anything else out there. Pros

Comments about Badger Healing Balm, 2 oz: I love this stuff! My hand and face are soooo soft after only using it for less than a week. I am a massage therapist and I need to keep my hands and cuticles super soft for my clients. And I love the fact that it is all natural and cost effective. I have to admit I wasn't too hip on the smell at first (its kind of woodsy) but it grew on me. The smell doesn't really linger anyway. It is a little greasy when you first put it on, but for a deep moisturizer it absorbs realatively quickly. I put it on after my shower and I'm not worried about leaving smear marks on my book by bedtime. Comments about Badger Healing Balm, 2 oz: I started using this on my dry itchy legs 3 years ago when my skin got out of control. It was the only thing that brought relief. I've been using this all over myself and my kids since and can't recommend it enough. I recently started using it on my face too. I have oily acne prone skin that just started to show signs of aging when I hit 30. I really didn't think it would be good for it, but a friend who works in the medical field promised I wouldn't break out, and to my amazement he was right! My skin actually STOPPED breaking out altogether and my skin looks better than it did in all of my twenties (and I don't look oily by mid day!) I don't know why an oily product would improve oily skin, but I'm living proof that it does. Please try this for dry and itchy, or even greasy skin, it brings balance and just works! Pros
