We went to Cozumel for 5 days! I came home with beautiful skin! I did not get burned and the Zinc in this product made my skin even more beautiful than normal. I am going to use just Zinc - another product I bought regularly to keep my skin so nice!! This was a healthy choice as well - with our skin absorbing everything we put on it with in seconds - this was the only way to go!

I really wanted to like this sunscreen given its high ratings from the Environmental Working Group's recent report on sunscreens. My entire family however refuses to use it now. My children don't like the smell or the way it feels on their skin. My husband says he feels as though his pores are clogged and his skin won't perspire properly during his runs. I don't like the way the white film remains on my skin and rubs off onto my dark-colored purses and clothing. We prefer Vanicream's sunscreen instead.

My son is allergic to many sunblocks so this was one of the ones we tested and it worked great. It is greasy but if you are sending your kids to camp, they are not likely to reapply therefore the thickness of the sunscreen works in my favor. It stays on for hours and protects. The only drawback is that it is greasy and thick and although it states frag free, it has a scent. Not annoying but it's there. I love it and will continue to purchase this one.

We went to Hawaii for 5 days. I used this cream for my 16 months old. It is a little hard to apply because it is very thick, but once it is rubbed in well, it protects the skin. She didn't have any rash or sun burn. She also didn't get tan at all.

It's not my favorite, but is fairly easy if you want to use it for your hands, or areas that are washed often. I like that it's thick because it feels like it's really protecting my skin, but it creates little white balls that don't get rubbed in. That makes me not want to use it extensively. Also smells a little weird.

I bought this b/c it is all natural, but both my older kids hate how it rubs in; it has the consistency of clay. Smells weird; I don't enjoy it either so even though it is all natural I won't buy it again. The Nature's Gate is better.

It goes on smoothly and moisturizes very well but has a bad smell (in spite of the "unscented" label) The smell goes away after 30 minutes or so ~ Just gotta remember to put in on before I am around people! I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the smell.

My son and I are extremely allergic and this works well for us. The oil was separating, but the product still worked just fine, just dumped out the oil. My husband likes it better than the more scented regular badger sunscreen (although I like the scent of the regular Badger). This rubs in well and we only have to put it on once all day, as long as we don't towel off. I can be at the beach or pool in Florida all day and not get burned. It might take me 10 minutes to rub it on my whole body but it's so worth it, I have never gotten burned while using this. It doesn't turn me too white and it stays on better than any other sunscreen. If I put it on my face I get zits so I don't use it there unless I can't wear a hat. If I put it on my face I wash it off when done with a really good degreasing soap like Dawn, regular soap doesn't cut it, and also use an alcohol swab. Good for lips too.

I feel very safe & protected when I wear this sunscreen. I'm protected from harmful chemicals, I like the ingredients of this. I'm protected from UVB/UVA. This doesn't irritate my skin (I have very sensitive skin).
It can feel heavy or greasy when you first apply, but it absorbs into skin very well. I wear this under my makeup everyday and this white sunscreen kinda lightens up my skin tone, which I like!
If you have dry skin, it's great for you. If you have more of oily skin, I recommend you wear loose/pressed powder to grease it down a bit. I have combination skin, so I sometimes wear do and sometimes don't wear loose powder, but either way it looks great because it all absorbs into my skin in few minutes.
Knead tube before each use. For full protection, apply an ample white coat to all exposed skin (1 ounce for full body coverage), then rub in to reduce whitening effect. Starts working on application.
For maintained protection, sunscreen reapplication is recommended every 40 minutes or after swimming, sweating, and/or towel drying as needed. Children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor.
