The day after, I applied it, wondering if it was the orange day, but it stayed natural and I went darker. The third day it starts getting orange, so I let pass a few days before another aplication. It smells good when you apply but after it sets it starts giving you the scent but not very strong. One bad thing it's that definitely it has to be put with gloves,since I washed my hands several times after aplication and they still stained. I did a heavier application the next day and liked the color. However, if I applied 2 days in a row, I had obvious streaks. So every other day worked better. I stopped using for a few days and there were definite streaks as it faded. No bad smell at all. I had no problem with knees and ankles being too dark, just my inability to apply evenly on my ankles. I've used other self tanners before and was never impressed or noticed any change. I'd read reviews on this product, and thought why not try it. If it didn't work, I wouldn't be disappointed. I just wanted to say ... I LOVE it. I noticed within a few hours of the first application that my skin had deepened. After the second application, I noticed a nice tan that made me feel more confident wearing Capri pants and skirts to work. I used it every other day for a week and stopped ... just picking it back up this week to reapply since it's faded. It fades naturally, and I say one bottle lasts me a month. I do exfoliate and moisturize thoroughly before applying it to my arms and legs. I did spot a little, the first time, around my wrist, but the second application covered it up! I highly recommend this stuff! Pros

I have fair skin and I have a hard time tanning, I've tried other products over the years but this is the only one that works to get me a dark tan, probably due to the self tanner. Does not turn you orange. I've used this all over from the midwest to Florida to Aruba. LOVE,it! If you want a dark tan with little effort and some sunscreen this is the best. I don't know why others have given this a bad rating for odor, smells like coconut. Pros
