I tend to get low blood sugar and need to eat something immediately. These are very satisfying and because they are balanced with 14 grams of protein I don't need to eat for an hour or so. Other bars that don't have the protein just feed my sugar craving and I am not satisfied. My husband sometimes has a bar for breakfast. He likes the chewyness.
