When I am craving a candy bar, this fits the bill. The taste and texture leave nothing to be desired with no funny after taste and the mint is not overpowering. I find these very convenient to use daily on the run and it has great nutritional value. If you look at the calories vs the carb/protein ratio as I do, I think it is one of the better on the market. 200 calories, 23g carbs & 14g protein.
