I didn't read the instructions to eat it with a glass of water, and the first bar kind of stuck together in my mouth as a "blob." When I drank something while eating the bar, it was fine. Initially, I left the bar in my car till lunchtime, and it became messy when the car heated up the daytime sun. It satisfied my hunger. I'm not sure I'd recommend it to a friend, or buy these bars.
