The flavor is fine, not as good as the regular bars, but fine. My digestive system didn't like these a bit! Maybe I just have an extra sensitive intestinal tract because these caused some serious gas, bloating and cramping. I'm not a proponent of the high protein diets anyway, so it's easy for me to say NO to this bar. They taste wonderful, and feel more like a treat than a meal replacement bar. They also fill me up and don't bring on any sugar cravings.
