After a year of hot flashes, that were increasing in severity and frequency, I decided I had enough.

With one dose, the frequency declined dramatically. The third day I had no hot flashes and haven't since starting it.

I used the full dose of the product for a week, then reduced the amount to just a pea size drop. I stopped in 3 weeks, and a week later started my first period in 8 months.

I have not experienced any side effects from the cream. It worked as I hoped in ending the hot flashes. I was shocked and delighted it worked on those so quickly!!!! It was a very nice surprise!

I have seen remarks this is messy. I don't understand that. Its a simple cream. You just have to rub it in. It doesn't evaporate or absorb as fast as a hand lotion, but just keep rubbing and it does eventually absorb.

I bought this for help/relief of hot flashes. I've been using it for 2 wks. now and I do notice improvement. I am not having as many hot flashes (both day & night), and they do not last as long, nor are they as intense. I will continue to re-order and use this product.
Going through menopause is hard enough without being someplace where it's triple digits in the summer! I'll take all the help I can get...and this product helps me.

This cream is very easy to use, it is pre-measured, no odor. I use some in the AM and in the PM. Now I can sleep peacefully all night & get through the day without discomfort and sweating profusely. Still i do have hot flashes, but reduced severity. I have purchased 4 bottles of this product. My friend also uses it & after 30 years of hot flashes, this is the best non-prescription item she has found. I would recommend it to you, even if you have severe profuse sweating. Start using it & after a couple of weeks you will see the improvement!

I'm a very light sleeper and I wasn't able to sleep at night due to night sweats and hot flashes. I started using this cream nightly in conjunction with Estroven and I am now able to sleep through the night. It doesn't eliminate the night sweats, but it minimizes them to the point that I can sleep through them...and I no longer wake up in a soaking wet bed!

Good product for hot flashes and hormonal-related achyness. Doesn't do anything for menopausal side effects like vaginal dryness or atrophy.
