I also have fissures and hemorrhoids brought on by childbirth. This product helps me to keep that area clean and moisturized so that I have little tissue breakage. For the first time in a while I have no pain or itching or bleeding. Would be nice if this product was less expensive, but I guess I will just have to sacrifice so I can keep using it. No other product has come close to doing what this product does.
