I also have fissures and hemorrhoids brought on by childbirth. This product helps me to keep that area clean and moisturized so that I have little tissue breakage. For the first time in a while I have no pain or itching or bleeding. Would be nice if this product was less expensive, but I guess I will just have to sacrifice so I can keep using it. No other product has come close to doing what this product does. I tried it and I hope they never take it off the market. This is a wonderful product. It cleans nicely, gently and has a very light smell. I don't really want to smell fruity, just normal. This makes me smell normal. It also helps keep me clean if I am unable to shower as often as I would like to. It hasn't caused any problems like infections or changed my chemistry. It just keeps me nice and clean. Pros

Best Uses Comments about Balneol Hygienic Cleansing Lotion, 3 fl oz: i used to use tronolane cream to mute after-bm itching. after the doc recommended that i start using balneol lotion because i had a 'dry [*],' i decided to get a bottle. i was not very happy when i saw the price, but considering tronolane is more expensive per ounce - and it has been seemingly abandoned by drugstore.com - i decided i'd give it a go. i was so impressed with how it cut the itching in the basement area, i bought like 10 bottles! i keep a bottle with me at all times now because it really does work for me.
