TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO BUY THIS!!!!! Spread the word so it won't ever be discontinued!!!! I love my shoes - pointy toed ones, high heels, flats etc. However I've been close to throwing out all of them because I always get blisters on my little toes and on the side of my big toes. Its so bad that I cannot wear closed-toed shoes in the summer at all, and many sandals as well because of the location of the straps. Someone recommended this to me - she wears closed-toed shoes year round without hosiery or socks - even in the humid miserable summers in Washington DC. This product has saved my feet. I can now wear closed-toed shoes in the summer!!! If its especially hot and humid and you're walking alot, you should reapply. The stick is smaller than a stick of gum, so its easy to carry around in your purse!

    A MUST BUY PRODUCT!!!!

I read all these wonderful reviews and expect this stuff to work miracles. But, I wore a new pair of flat loafers for the first time and they were rubbing my pinky toes. I have had to keep reapplying all day. I think it's helping, but not like everyone else listed. The stick is very convenient and it smells really, really good. I didn't think I'd have to keep putting it on. So, it's just ok.

Comments about Band-Aid Active Friction Block Stick, .34 oz:

I have found a use for this product that I haven't seen mentioned here. I have this mysterious pain in my big toe. It feels like it's irritated and tender, but there's nothing visible on the toe. The discomfort actually seems to be under the skin. Maybe I have a bone spur or a touch of gout or something like that. At first I thought that some shoes just rubbed me the wrong way, but over time, pretty much all shoes caused the discomfort (except for sandals where no part of the shoe rubs against the toe). I've tried wearing seamless socks, changing the style of shoes, but nothing helped. I decided to give this a try, and it works! When I put this product on in the morning, I can get thru most if not all day without any pain/discomfort in my toe. I guess eliminating the friction eliminates whatever it is internally that's causing the discomfort.

Comments about Band-Aid Active Friction Block Stick, .34 oz:

Like many women, I wear high heels constantly, always without pantyhose, and I often times get painful blisters from where my shoes rub against my bare feet.

I get really bad blisters on my bare feet from wearing high heels all the time, specially when Im breaking in new shoes or if Im having to walk too far in high heels (like when going out clubbing or bar hopping, which I dont do as often now, but now its just from constant travel for work).

Usually I would just cover my feet in bandaids, slip my bare feet back into said fashionable high heels and go on about my business, with the bandaids clearly visible all over the back of my heel, or on the inside arches of my foot. Sometimes it looked like my foot was just literally covered in bandaids from blisters.

But Im a total slave to fashion, so I will continue to wear high heels bare footed, as God himself intended, until the day that I die no matter how bad the blisters get, no matter how many bandaids I have to cover my feet with. It is a non negotiatiable.

Then I found this product while going through the airport inglorious strip-search line where they make you take off your shoes, so I took off my high heels and I literally had like four or five bandaids on each foot; and another fellow female business traveler who was also slipping her bare feet out of her high heels told me I should try this. She took one look at my bandaid covered feet and told me she had something I might need to try. She had a bottle that apparently the airport security-nazis didnt mind her taking and said I should try it and that it was a life saver.

I have to admit, I was rather impressed with this product. Its great for when you need to wear your shoes bare foot, whether high heels, ballet flats, boots, clogs, moccasins, sneakers, really any shoes that a woman is going to wear, shes going to wear without socks or without hose most of the time if not all of the time. (I myself don't even own socks and haven't in years).

I won't say this is 100% the best thing if you ALREADY HAVE blisters. You need real Band-aids for that. Also, I wont say its the best product to use while just breaking in your new high heels with your bare feet. Again, band aids are better for that. Also, if you know that you are going to have to walk several miles in your high heels and expect them to rub blisters into your bare, tortured feet, then you will want to preemptively use real bandaid bandages ahead of time.

But for just routine, daily wear of your high heels to the office, before you slip you bare feet into your shoes, just glide a little of this onto your troubled blister spots on your bare feet and then just slide your feet right in like you usually do. You'll be amazed how much less blisters you'll get when wearing your high heels. Literally amazed.

Easy to use product. I have a pair of sandals I love, but they rub on my toe and cause pain. Rub a bit of this on the contact spot on my foot, and the problem is solved.

I wore shoes that always ALWAYS form a blister on my big left toe and this time...on my feet over 6 hours, and NOTHING! It is my new favorite beauty find!

I carry this on me at all times. It's an absolute must for any woman who doesn't wear sneakers every day, which is most women. When I wear shoes with straps or shoes that rub ANYWHERE on my foot, I rub this stick on those places directly on the foot, and it truly prevents blisters. The key is to use the stick for prevention, because once you get a blister, it's band-aid or shoe-change time. The smell is mood-altering. Perfumers, take note!
