It's easy to apply, only takes a little and lifts that beard so you can get that clean close shave you want! Some people complain that the lanolin clogs the sink and disposable blades. I've never had a problem as long as I let a little hot water run, which most guys do when they shave to rinse the blade. VS Most Liked Negative Review DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Not even close! I shave my head, face and so on in the shower. It had zero consistency, no staying power, didn't provide a close shave at all and you had to use gobs of it for it to stay on. It didn't assist my razor's performance like some creams and afterwards my skin just felt awful! Regular Barbasol in a can is FAR superior to this (as far as Barbasol goes of couse) and costs less. So if you just have to use Barbasol stick with the stuff in the can . . . I threw this in the can after one experience! It is a brushless shave cream, which is far better than anything that comes out of a can, but is easy to use. It produces a thick lather and I had no razor burn or irritation afterwards. Pros

Someone's Grandma recommended it to us, but cautioned "Get the CREAM - NOT the aerosol. The aerosol is made differently; it includes alcohol which will burn the baby. We used the cream each time we changed the baby and the diaper rash cleared up in 3 days. Better than any other diaper rash product on the market. But remember - Pros

I have used several others that don't give as close a shave or have a scent or ingredients that have a burning feel to them. This goes on easily, works great, and is perfect for travel without having to pack an aerosol can in a shoe! This is my second order, and while I've always used Barbasol aerosol, I'm now a convert to their cream shaving lotion. I use it every day, and love how my face feels after I'm done. Pros

Comments about Barbasol Shaving Cream, Sensitive Skin, 5 oz: Very good product. I have used this for about 8 shaves now, and it has always given me a superior result. This is different from a shave foam, and is more like a lubricant. Some people may have a hard time getting used to this. I usually wait until my beard is "ripe," i.e. heavy stubble, and use a new, sharp disposable blade and this product gives me the feel of a classic, close shave. Apparently, this is the type of stuff they used in the early 1900's. Follow up with some bay rum aftershave to complete the experience. Enjoy.
