I finally discovered Barc and after only a few applications I had already solved the problem. No more razor bumps nor irritation! My face is much smoother now after shaving, especially in the area around my neck, where the skin is more sensitive. I apply a very small quantity of Barc as a moisturizer, and also as an after-shave. Barc does sting more the first time you use it, but suck it up! After two days the stinging is already reduced and becomes kind of pleasant. I'm a female using this on my legs, underarms, & bikini line, but the main reason I buy it is for my b/f who shaves his head & face daily & is prone to some of the worst razor burn I have ever seen (I was convinced it was acne for years!). This stuff burned him, smelled like rubbing alcohol, made him use cotton balls to apply, did nothing for his razor burn, & inflamed the skin along the jawline especially. For me: tingled & made my legs warm, & stopped patches of razor burn (except along my shins). Refused to try on bikini & underarms after that. Comments about Barc Bump Down, Razor Bump Relief, 3.4 fl oz: Finally a product that works.I have been using depilatories for the past 21 years. As an African American i always get bumps each time i shave without using a depilatory.I have tried various products over the years that promise to reduce or eliminate razor bumps but non worked for me.I discovered barc through online research.I was skeptical about buying it because i did not believe it would work and i considered it to be expensive. However i am extremely glad that i decided to give it a try. Comments about Barc Bump Down, Razor Bump Relief, 3.4 fl oz: I was hesitant at first, but decided to try because of the good reviews. This is the best product I have ever tried for razor bumps. It does have a little tingle to it when placed on the face but it is very tollerable. The reason I like this over the many other products that I have tried is because it keeps the bumps from occuring which makes it a lot easier to spot hairs for removal prior to them growing into the skin. I have been able to pluck out many hairs that would have grown into the skin and becomed infected making it difficult to locate under the skin and remove. This is by far the BEST razor bump relief product I have ever tried, and I have almost tried them all. Some have complained about leaving greasy residue on shirts, etc. I have not found this to be true. You use a very small amount on your face and rub it in. If there is residue, then you have used too much. This size will last you a very, very long time. This product also serves as a moisturizer that keeps the face well moisturized. You won't be disappointed. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Best Uses Comments about Barc Bump Down, Razor Bump Relief, 3.4 fl oz: My neck is bright red from this product. Do not use this if you have sensitive skin. It seemed OK at first, but the skin irritation is getting worse and worse. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (0 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Barc Bump Down, Razor Bump Relief, 3.4 fl oz: I decided to try this product after initially using a product that was decent but tended to sting and dry out my skin. After using Barc, I noticed an improvement after 2-3 shaves. It left my skin moisturized and smooth. It does tingle for a sec but its worth it. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Cons
Best Uses Comments about Barc Bump Down, Razor Bump Relief, 3.4 fl oz: The changed the formula, so this version does not burn and does not smell, but it's not effective enough for ingrown hair. It reduces the bumps only 65% or less. Bump Stopper-2 is more effective and cost less.
