I searched for 5 years for a product to control my vertically splitting nails. Nothing worked until I tried Barielle. Using it according to directions for about 3 months ended vertical splitting and improved the overall condition of all my nails.

I read other reviews and thought I'd give my nails some TLC after lots of gardening. The tips of a few nails were splittling and this seemed the answer. BUT - it actually peeled my NAILS away. I've gone from short nails to nails that have torn almost halfway down the nailbed. I've never used artificial nails etc so I was not prepared for this. My hands hurt, gardening is out, and typing is a bit painful. I honestly cannot believe what this has done to my nails. Be very careful - you may have results like other reviewers - or you could end up with results like mine.

I always used Barielle products when I was much younger. After the holidays, my nails were a mess. I was on this website, saw the products, and ordered them. I'm now in the process of getting my nails healthy, and I know Barielle will do this for me!

This product goes on smoothly and easily. It leaves a nice shine on the nail. The directions say to use it without any other nail product for three weeks, which is kind of boring, but after that you can use in conjunction with other polish.

I will buy this product and other Barielle products going forward. I like that it doesn't peel off my nails easily not to mention it has strengthened them tremendously after years of artificial nails. I've never had nice nails w/o the help of acrylic and I think with continued use of this and other Barielle products, I may get there. Great product!!
