    This product is fantastic, and I love the fact that it only has the naturally occurring amounts of A&D. Extra A&D can be tough to balance if one is also taking a multivitamin daily.

    As the headline states, no matter if I take these with or without food I have never had an unpleasant after effect. Highly recommended!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
