This is a wonderful way to take fish oil. There is no fishy after affects that you can have with some other products. The flavor that you get is orange. Even though the capsules are large, they are very easy to swallow!

No fish burps. It's not one of the products listed as having PCB's in a California based lawsuit from this spring. Not really sure how I'd know if it's working aside from an annual check-up. Worth a shot though for long-term health benefits.

I tried two other well known brands of fish oil, and couldn't tolerate either. I eat fish with no problem, but the fish oil gave me stomach issues. Not this brand! I'm so happy. Tastes good, doesn't appear to have any odor, and no stomach problems. I started off taking just 1/2 dose, but have upped to their recommended daily dosage, and am very pleased.

Barlean's is the best as far as I am concerned. It's pharmaceutical grade & I trust this brand.
My blood pressure & blood sugar levels have gone down since I have been using Barlean's. I have been using this brand for about 8 mos. now. I take two in the morning & two at night but you should discuss the amount to take with your doctor.

I have tried many different brands of natural fish oils and this one is the best on the market. Because of the number in the bottle and the concentrations of the fish oil in each capsule, it is a great value. You don't burp the fish taste up either. They have a light natural orange flavored coating, which makes them pleasant for my 10 yr old with ADHD to take too. These are a natural mood regulator and have numerous other benefits. You can definitely tell the quality in the way you feel after you take them. WONDERFUL!!!

I started to take this supplement for its many benefits but mainly because it is suppose to be good for your skin. Recently, I started developing adult acne worse than when I was a teenager. I can't say I noticed these vast improvements while taking, but it wasn't until I ran out and didn't take it for a few days that my face started to break out horribly. For that reason, I will make sure I always have this product on hand.
