I started taking this because I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables. This definitely works, and it makes you more regular, too. The taste is a little sweet, so it tastes a lot better than it looks (it's a very, very dark green). It's actually quite refreshing with cold water. The downside is that it's a lot to drink (a full glass), and it takes a while to dissolve... so, it takes a while. If you drink it too early without stirring enough, you get some little powdery bits. All in all, I'd recommend it for people who want to alkalize their body pH or want to round out their diet with more veggies, and also for people who want to become more regular. Also, it helps to have some time in the morning!
