Great tasting for what it is though there is a very slight fishy taste and aftertaste but you won't notice it after a while. Essential for those who can't swallow those ridiculously large capsules. Bit more costly than pricking a capsule and mixing it with something sweet but way more convenient and easier to take this way and will make you more likely to continue taking it.

I bought this as a supplement to help my son with his ADHD. He likes the taste of it and even my 3 yr old likes it. I personally think it tastes a bit fishy, but the kids don't seem to notice it and as long as the kids like it, I'm happy.

I take 2 tsp. every day and it really taste great. It is like a lemony flavor. Sometimes I mix it into my yogurt. All in all this is a great product. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

My husband has been hospitalized for 7 months and very malnourished and debilitated. This product was recommended by the nutrition staff at the hospital for overall health. The first thing I noticed after he began using this was how his skin got soft and moist after being so dry for so long. I'm sure it's doing that inside of him as well. He has a feeding tube so it mixes well to be put through the tube. We will be using it for a long time.
