I use this for my children as a daily supplement. They seem to have better attention spans and a better overall attitude when they take this consistently. The love this flavor. My daughter always asks if she can have some more after she takes her dose! She also likes the lemon flavor. My son has tried MANY different fish oil supplements and this is the only one he likes.
