I take this every morning with the rest of my vitamins. I have a mental aversion to taking medicine (including vitamins), so all of my vitamins must be delicious, otherwise I won't take them. This vitamin is really delicious. I save it for last because it has such a great taste. In addition to the great taste, it doesn't have any adverse side effects (upset stomach, etc.). It's the kind of vitamin I wish I could take twice a day!
