I think I covered much of what is great about this product above. I will not go into detail about other supplements to take with this product, as I do that for a living. BUT, Barlean's is KEY to a good healthy diet. It will improve focus, energy, joints, and overall well-being. Now that Barlean's has added lemon flavor, the chore out of taking this has vanished. I have been taking for years...when it tasted like fish oil; even then it was worth taking. One cannot beat this for Omegas.

One Tbsp. daily. Can be taken straight, mixed with yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, or blended beverages and protein drinks. Refrigerate. Freezing will extend shelf life up to one year.

Shake prior to dispensing.
