I've had moderate/severe acne on my back/chest/arms/face and had tried for so long to clear it up. I finally started using this and thought it might work better than the harsh washes/scrubs that were medicated for acne. I was right! This has an ULTRA-calming effect on my skin that I feel instantly when I get out of the shower or dry off my face. I've learned to be gentle to my skin. It's no longer itchy or flaky and to my surprise- my acne has cleared considerably. I've been using this product for less than a month and my skin is starting to clear. Best of all, my skin is so SMOOTH and soft and I've definitely never had that before now. Other people have even noticed. I highly recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin, who want a softening and calming product, and also if you're suffering from acne, stop scrubbing with harsh ingredients and give this a try. Comments about basis sensitive skin bar soap, 4 oz: I trade back and forth between this and Eucerin. Doesn't irritate my skin. Wouldn't recommend to use for dry skin , it doesn't moisturize enough. Comments about basis sensitive skin bar soap, 4 oz: This is the only soap I use, because it is the only one I can find that I do not have an allergy to. However, it is quite drying and leaves a residue on my skin. It also does not last long, so you have to buy a lot of it. I wish it were more moisturizing, but I also don't want the makers messing with the formula and risking allergies.
