I am a 28 year old female and this is the first toy I've ever purchased for myself. I wanted to start out slow and did not want anything that vibrates because I have no been very sexually active and wanted something that felt more realistic so I could explore myself more. This did the trick. It feels very realistic and is the perfect size. The only thing I do not like is the smell. It has this very pungent "plastic" smell that even after several uses and washes still has not gone away. Both other than that...really good first choice.
