Use caution in the bathtub or shower, as the oil in salt scrub can make the tub slippery. For external use only. Do not use on cut or broken skin. If allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use.
To use as a scrub: In the bath or shower, scoop up a small handful of salt scrub, gently rub on your skin, in a circular motion. Pay special attention to arms, legs, dry areas and cellulite. Shave after using salt scrub, not before, as salt will irritate freshly shaven skin.
To use as a soak: Add a few scoops to warm water. Let the tub fill and dissolve the slats. Soak and enjoy!
