I have chronic dry eyes with a scratchy feeling year-round, not seasonal watering/itchiness, so maybe this product isn't perfect for me. Zatidor soothes my eyes better when they're really irritated and the relief lasts longer. I tried this b/c you get more for your money, but I'll go back to Zatidor.

I have used this product twice daily through 2 allergy seasons. In the past, I'd be at the doctor's for irritated, red, watering eyes that wouldn't stop dripping. Now, I make it through the allergy season without any doctor visits. I'm impressed. My eyes are very sensitive and have given me problems for years. This is so much better than anything else I've used over the counter, and as good as the much more expensive prescription eyedrops.

This product is the as same as ZadItor, but with the Alaway drops you get twice as much for the same price. I have Rosacea inside my eyelids, and every morning I wake up with very painful red eyes. I've tried all kinds of drops, and several expensive RX drops. But none work as well for me as the active ingredient in these drops. And Alaway is the only drops I have found that come in this bigger size. And these drops are also great for allergy eyes.

Best price for this product (by volume). And it works! What else to say?
Itchy eyes were my biggest allergy complaint last week. This week, it no longer happens. The difference is that my Alaway arrived. If I know I'll be out cycling all day, I'll put drops in before I go, and when I get back. If I'm mostly going to be indoors, I'll just wait until/if my eyes start to itch, and then medicate. Works almost instantly. LOVE IT!

This is definitely what you should use for allergic conjunctivitis. The Ketotifen in this eye drop serves as both antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer. There are only 3 major ingredients that have similar dual effect: Ketotifen, Cromolyn Sodium and Olopatadine.

Cromolyn is not available in US market as an eye drop. Olopatadine is in Patanol, which is expensive and also prescription.

Alaway is one of the three Ketotifen eye drop, also the cheapest and mildest.

I have severe early spring allergies, mostly to tree pollens. For years, it just involved stuffy nose and sneezing; recently, however, I've developed itchy puffy eyes as an unwelcome companion.

I tried an allergy eye drop available by prescription (at a cost of over $90!) which worked, but I wanted to see if I could find something cheaper. My pharmacist recommended this, and I've been very happy with the result.

I still get some puffiness, but the itchiness is completely gone when I use this. One drop in each eye in the morning and again at night, and I'm pretty much back to normal. Will definitely keep this on hand ....

I have found that this works better to releive allergy eyes better than Visine AC which is what I use to use for my itching eyes
