I ran out of our lens solution late at night. My local 24-hour drugstore was completely out of our usual Opti-Free Replenish, but this was on sale. So, I said, "what the heck!" and gave it a shot. OH MY WORD! This solution was amazing! My lenses stay well lubricated all day long. There has not been any problems or need to use my typical late night eye drops. I say give them a try :)

I try and I try with Bausch & Lomb contact lens products, but perhaps my eyes are too sensitive for their products. I've tried all their solutions at least once in the past, and it seems I am sensitive to the disinfecting component in their solutions. Granted, it is probably the best in cleaning lenses. Bio True seems to do what it says when it comes to mimicking natural tears because it doesn't feel thick or goopy in the eyes, but my eyes felt like it was flooded with a healthy and abundant amount of tears. But like I said, my eyes do not seem to like the disinfecting component. More power to those who are able to tolerate the disinfectant because this is a good product--and, I'm jealous of you all! :)

The product is great not too strong, very mild formula. You only have to use a small amount to get a big job done. Saves me a lot of time and money to use. Price is somewhat inbetween high and low most of the time I have a coupon to make my purchase. Can you use a coupon on line to purchase is my next thought.

I've tried several solutions including Bausch's Renu. This one beats them all. It really does what it proclaims, it feels like real tears. No irritation or burning like I have gotten with other solutions. I have recommeded BioTrue to friends and they have noticed the difference as well.

*This is THE worst contact solution I have EVER used. Within a few days of use my eyes were unbearably irritated. After about 5 hours (maximum) my eyeballs felt like they had suction cups with blow dryers attached to the ends accompanied by a major headache. On one occasion my contacts became foggy after about 30 minutes of wear. Not being able to keep your eyes open, or see defeats the purpose of vision correction. I almost tossed them. Just rinsing with another brand after they sat overnight in the Biotrue helped tremendously.

I love this solution for my disposable lenses. They are extended wear and with this solution I never have problems after I put them in. I have not had stinging, or storage problems since using it. I was offered a chance to get more information from Bzzagent and found out even more about Biotrue. I won't switch back! It doesn't do well for cleaning as some others have stated.

I wear silicone hydrogel lenses O2Optix by Ciba Vision. I usually use AMO Complete Multipurpose Solution. I rinse my lenses and clean them when I remove them, then soak overnight, then rinse and clean them again before wearing. Before putting them in I add one drop of Blink contacts lubricating eye drops. With Bio True I don't have to add the lubricating eye drops! I just started wearing contacts Jan 2010. I really like this product. I don't have to add eye drops during the day and when you wear eye makeup that is a plus imo. YMMV!

I was intrigued by this new product.... sleek bottle, cute case, etc. I chose this over my usual Optifree Replenish. Wish i never had! My contacts as so dry they are stuck to my eyes.... every time i blink it feels like knives are stabbing my eyes! ugh.... stuck in grad school lectures all day with dry eyes is miserable and painful.... i will NEVER buy this again....

I couldn't wear contacts for a few years because they made my eyes too dry. I tried BioTrue and now I can wear contacts again. Not sure how it works but I'm thankful I don't have to wear glasses all the time.

This product is marginal at best. I found that it did not clean my lenses thoroughly enough. They were not comfortable and like another poster indicated, left dry spots. I will not purchased again. :0(
You may store your lenses up to a maximum of 30 days in the unopened lens case. If stored longer than 30 days between wear, you need to follow the cleaning and disinfecting steps prior to lens insertion.
