Contact lens cases can be a significant source of microbial contamination. To help prevent eye infections, contact lens cases should be cleaned, rinsed and air dried every day, and replaced frequently.

I bought these because I have three different sets of colored contact lenses. I labeled each with initials, matching the color of the lenses, w/ a black permanent marker on the right-hand side. The lens cases are a little tricky to open, especially if your hands are damp. Many times I've had to grab a towel or washcloth to open the lid- and this is true of all three cases. However, they are really nice big cases (holds plenty of solution), and the price point is awesome.
These contact lens cases are well made, made in the USA and are a good value for the price. The only complaint I have with them is... while one cover does have an "L" imprinted on it to identify the "left" contact, the other cover has a "BL" and the letters are a little hard to see....so it would be easy to mix up the two "L's". Just be careful not to confuse the two when you are taking your contacts out/putting them in. A minor detail really, for a nicely made product. I like the green/white Alcon cases a little better, but these are much cheaper.
Rinse lens case and caps thoroughly with fresh contact lens disinfecting solution.
Chemical disinfection:
Clean and rinse contact lenses as directed by eye care practitioner.
Place contact lenses into their correct chamber of the case, fill with fresh contact lens disinfecting solution, and tightly close the caps.
Leave the contact lenses in the lens case according to the directions provided with your contact lens disinfecting solution.
Important: If a contact lens chamber appears to be dry following the disinfection cycle, do not try to remove the contact lens. Refill the chamber with fresh saline or contact lens disinfecting solution, replace lens cap tightly and allow 20-40 minutes for the contact lens to rehydrate. If a lens chamber continues to dry out, the case should no longer be used and should be replaced.
For good contact lens care:
After each use, rinse both lens case and caps with the fresh contact lens disinfecting solution used in your contact lens care regimen. Allow lens case and caps to dry thoroughly.
Replace contact lens case every few months. (we recommend monthly.)
Note: For rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lenses, use with Boston® Brand solutions. For soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses, use with ReNu® or Sensitive Eyes® Brand solutions.
