Having tried Ambien, which got me up out of bed and rooting around in the fridge WITH NO MEMORY, I decided I'd forego the prescription and try OTC methods. I first tried Advil PM and Tylenol PM, but they have a non-aspirin formula, and I like to take a bit of aspirin now and then for my heart. This product NEVER makes my legs jangle like both the other two products do - no side effects whatsoever. It's hard to find, though, unless you live in the big city - some drug stores carry it if they have over a certain traffic statistic in that particular store. Look for it - it's a great product.
