This is a wonderful product and I'd recommend it for people who need minor pain relief. It was easy on my stomach and when I had a slight headache, it took care of the problem right away. I didn't get a sinus or major headache while I was taking this, so I cannot say if it would have worked for severe pain. The product states that it has one quarter of the dosage of regular aspirin so that makes it easy to take small doses for minor pain.

I really liked the Bayer Regimen Tablets for pain. I had awful pain and soreness in my neck. I took six tablets, and the pain went away very quickly. They seemed to last longer than other products. I'd normally have to take something else within four hours. With the Bayer that wasn't necessary. My only complaint is that you have to take so many tablets at one time. On the other hand the pills are smaller and easier to swallow. It will be a great product to give to my Grandma. Overall I liked the Bayer very much. It worked great!!!!

I'd most definitely recommend this product to all my family and friends. I've been taking pain medication for several years for a back and neck injury. I look forward to purchasing more of this product. I'm so glad to have found an online store to handle my family's needs.

I thought the product was like any other of the Advil-type products that are out on the market now. I liked taking the smaller pills.

I have a lot of trouble taking aspirin since it usually gives me stomach pains. This Bayer aspirin gave me none. Unfortunately, the dosage was so low I had to take twice as many as regular aspirin to achieve the same pain relief. I'm not sure how this balances out.

The Bayer Regimen Aspirin came in the nick of time!! I had a baby about three weeks ago and have been having some back pain, etc. when the aspirin arrived. I liked the fact that it was coated as regular uncoated aspirin has a tendency to upset my stomach. Since it was a low dose aspirin I wasn't sure how it would work in comparison to Tylenol, which is what I normally take. To my surprise it worked really well and helped to alleviate my back pain. I'd recommend this product and would use it again.

I used the product for the pain in both my neck and shoulder that I've been experiencing recently. I took the product at night, as that's when I have the most pain. I was pleasantly surprised! The first night I got a good night's sleep with little discomfort, so I've continued to take it. I really liked the product. I thought maybe I would experience an upset stomach since I normally take Advil, but I had no problem. The only drawback is the number of pills you have to take -- but that's the only problem I had with it. I'd definitely buy and recommend this product to others.

Although the Low Strength Aspirin is easier on my stomach, I personally wouldn't buy it. Basically, it didn't get rid of the headaches I've had lately. I'd rather buy a higher dose and have the upset stomach but not the headache instead of the other way around.
