I usually use ice for my Migraines and other headaches. When I'm in the car or away from my house, ice isn't functional. The BeKool gel sheets are wonderful to have on hand because they have a nice cooling effect. It is not as good as ice, but it is a saving grace to have it when I'm in pain on-the-go. The kid size is perfect size for my head. I wished the cooling effect lasted longer than it does. It typically lasts 3-4 hrs for me. But, overall, I am extremely happy with this product. I will continue to keep my house and car stocked with it.

The kid is asking for it even with mild fever, I would think it is comfortable on the forehead. It works well and we can have a good sleep at night if the kid has a fever.
The seal is not the best, better put it in the zipper when you open it.

I have had migraines for 15+ years and have gone through numerous ice packs. This sticks in place and lasts much longer than a regular old ice pack. Its just the right size for an adult's forehead too.

When my 6 year old had H1N1 in November, I was so glad I had an extra box in the cabinet. She was so wiped out, it would have been difficult for her to keep a cold cloth on her head. Looking at this item reminded me I need to order a replacement box!
