Comments about Be Smart Get Prepared Quick Relief System for Men & Women, 1 ea: This was a horrible buy. The instant heat compress never got hot or even luke warm for that matter. Once I activated it it actually got colder. The belt is extremely irritating around the waist. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
