Have found the product works even AFTER I've eaten (and forgotten to start with product). Have been using Beano for many years and it has never failed me, which is very important as I have a great deal of pain digesting even foods causing only mild gas. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I really wanted this to work, but after almost two weeks of taking it, I realize it is sort of making things worse. I have a very sensitive stomach, but the beano seems to make my stomach more bloated and uncomfortable. There may be less gas right after I eat, but it builds up for later. I am definitely not recommending this product if you have any sensitivity in your stomach.

I have used this product for many years and it allows me to enjoy foods that I would be unable to eat without it. I always take it when I eat beans or broccoli and never have any discomfort. Really works!

I use Beano to alleviate the occurence of digestive gas when eating vegetables. Although I have to take everytime I eat raw or cooked veggies, like broccoli, or onions, etc., it works immediately and I don't have to concern myself with gas pangs later.
How to Use Beano Tablets: When necessary, swallow, chew or crumble 3 tablets per meal (1 tablet per serving of problem food) with the first bite of the food. A typical meal consists of 2-3 servings of food. For best results you may have to adjust the number of tablets according to the number of servings of problem foods that you eat. Too much heat can inactivate the enzyme, so don't cook with Beano.
Storage: Keep at or below room temperature. Avoid heat.
