I like BWC products because they contain few chemicals and only natural fragrances. I am extremely sensitive to artificial fragrances and chemicals found in regular products.

I really love this product for its ability to detangle. However, although it does not give me a typical fragrance reaction, I just absolutely hate the smell of it. The fragrance of it lingers all day!

So if you like the smell of it, it is a fabulous product.

I have always had limp, dry, brittle hair. I tried every store and salon brand conditioner that claimed to moisturize , with disappointing results.

I switched to BWC (for environmental reasons)
and I am amazed at the difference in my hair.

The conditioner leaves my hair soft and healthier looking.

I also use it with the BWC shampoo. The shampoo does not strip out my hair, so the conditioner doesn't need to replace stripped out hair with oily additives.

The conditioner does not slick down my hair like most other brands, allowing my thin hair look a bit fuller

Some people don't like the smell, It is not a traditional perfume or flowery smell; but more of a natural smell that fades away as your hair dries.

The shampoo & conditioner are gentle and natural.
Kind to your body & to the environment.
No dry itchy scalp, even in winter.

This conditioner left my dry hair still dry and tangly. I've salvaged it for use as a leave-in conditioner, in very small amounts. It has a musky spicy smell that I like, but it is a very strong smell.

When I found out about ALL the dangerous and harmful ingredients that are in beauty products, I got rid of ALL my products (and I had A LOT because I am a beauty product junkie and a shopaholic), and I started my search and research for natural products. I research each and every ingredient of all products I came across with (don't be fool about "natural" products, A LOT of them STILL contain HARMFUL chemicals), so it took be a while before I bought a product. Then, I found this, researched it, and I bought this!!! Just what I was looking for, plus is cruelty free!!! I found it thin but it's fine because there is so chemical in this stuff to make it thicken. The scent is light and not synthetic; I can detect the lavender and Rosemary, but I think Ylang Ylang steals the show! Many would probably find this scent repulsive and medically, but we are dealing with natural and essential oils, and lots of people are used to the synthetic fragrances in products. The scent doesn't linger in the hair, it actually disappears almost immediately, which is fine because even if it doesn't bother me and I don't think it smells bad, I do not care for it. I use a pea size drop on my hair. I put the drop in my hand, take my hair as I was going to do a pony tail and I apply the conditioner to the hair, away from the roots and scalp. Then I run my fingers through my hair and then I work my fingers from my roots to the ends so the roots get a little of the conditioner (that way scalp doesn't get oily). This is a great conditioner at least for my type of hair. My hair is a little bit wavy and thin, sometimes dry, and sometimes my scalp becomes oily. However, ever since using these types of products I can air dry my hair and wear my hair like it. I comb it I apply very little BWC leave in and that is it!!!! No more heat tools and multiple products to achieve nice hair. My hair looks natural, SHINY, healthy, bouncy, manageable, and soft!!! You have to get used to these products and understand them to fall in love with them. I am still searching to see if I find something better, but I haven't found anything better than this.

This product is great, and the "without cruelty" is very important. The smell isn't so great, but it doesn't linger on hair, and I don't want shampoo scent on my hair if I wear other scents anyway!

I use this product every time I wash my hair. I love it. I know a lot of people don't care for the smell - and I can understand that - if they are used to synthetic floral or fruity smells. I always prefer essential oils and natural scents, so am okay with the ylang ylang scent. It's not my favorite, but it doesn't bother me either. It's so worth the wonderful results. I have wavy, very thick hair that goes frizzy where it's been lightened (mostly on the top). It is the best natural conditioner I have used (and I've tried a lot). My hair looks healthier and healthier and smoother as time goes on. I love it.

I bought this item because BWC are the first company without any animal cruelty so I know I can trust them. The product smells good. I have very curly hair and can get tangled easy. The Conditioner, Moisture detangles my. Once my hair dries, it feels very soft and easy to manage. The only cons for this product I think, when I blow dry my hair, my hair becomes too thick and a bit frizzy, it gives me too much volume.

I've been using this as a daily conditioner for a couple of weeks now, after running out of a different BWC conditioner. This one does a fabulous job on my hair. It is thick, rich, makes my hair soft, shiny, and strong. The only drawback is the floral smell, which bugs me most in the shower, plus for the first few hours afterward. Not my sort of smell, but I like the product enough to finish off the bottle.
