Carefully place the blade holder over the center of the bowl. Cut the ingredients into portions and place them in a bowl. To ensure best results, fill only 1/4 of the bowl capacity, e.g. 1 medium size onion). Place the cover onto the bowl and twist back and forth with both hands. Take out the blade carefully before removing the food from the bowl. Care and Use: For quick cleaning, separate top and bottom and wash by hand with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Never use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Not suitable for crushing ice or other hard ingredients.
