I've used other similar products, and this one is by far the best. Price is very economical, and the benefit fantastic! I use it daily all winter as a 70% disabled person with cervical/spinal issues: arthritis, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, chronic migraine headaches. I don't know what I would do without this device. I wrap it/place it on the appropriate area, i.e. for my headaches - I lay on my back in the bed draping it across my forehead. . . careful for the eyes with higher levels of heat. I also wrap it around my neck interlocking the two blue loops - placing a carabiner to hold them together. Note: remember to remove the carabiner before replacing bed-buddy in the microwave! It is easy to heat-up in the microwave oven and lasts generally about 20 minutes, after that it needs to be heated again. They last at least a full year of constant use like this. But I have one that is over 3 years old. I just ripped the thread from around one of the blue loops, poured-out the rice, washed the sock, and then replaced the rice. ..resewing the sock-material around the blue rope ring. Use as directed, of course, at least to start with. . . I find that with a 600 watt setting, 3 minutes is perfect heat - for me. My wife, cold natured, loves to use it just to warm-up in the evening while watching TV in the winter.

I have scoliosis along with arthritis, I use my bed buddy at night to sooth the muscles and relax after cleaning houses all day - it is wonderful.

The Bed Buddy is easy to use. Just a little time in the microwave and it's ready. I use it for my lower back pain. Even have put it in bed at my feet on these cold winter nights. Wouldn't be without this product. Love it!

I have RA and it really helps my aching joints. I use it constantly, and am on my 3rd one. I over heated it in the microwave, and burned it. If you follow the directions, that won't happen!

I have used this product for many years due to neck/back/joint/muscular pain and it is the easiest and best way to use hot or cold that I have ever found. !!!

Loved the new one I bought so ordered 2 more for when I have sleep-over grandkids. Helps relax my neck and ease me off to sleep. I've been using Bed Buddys as long as they've been out and they just keep getting better.

I received a Bed Buddy years ago. This time I purchased 3 to give out as presents. This item is great for my 30-year old daughter to my 80 year old parents. Who doesn't have aches at some time in their life. Great item.

I use this to relax my shoulder muscles, as it easilty drapes over my shoulders. I also use it for tight muscles in the back of my head - although I fold it in half for that purpose, and lye down.

Great for using after a massage. Helps with sleeping. As I stated before the old version was much better. Now we remove the stitching down the middle because it is too hard and uncomfortable. Also they put in less granules on the inside. Still use them all the time.
