It did not hold up, after a few uses the cloth started to show wear and the filling inside fell out through the holes. I personally use this product for tense muscles in my neck and shoulders. I love the fact that you can just pop it in the microwave, drape it around your shoulders and continue to get things done. There are a lot of this type on the market, but not as effective as the bed buddy! My coworkers have experienced the difference and have ordered one. Great wet heat for that sore neck or lower back.
