It is a great product and worth every penny! However, I hate the bottle this product comes in. The spray bottle doesn't spray the oil onto your skin; it shoots a strong stream of oil which bounces off your skin and splatters everywhere. I have to spray the product into my closed fist and then apply the product to my skin. The entire bottle gets coated with oil when you're applying it this way and the bottle becomes very slippery. I've dropped the bottle more than once in the sink due to this problem. Luckily, the glass didn't break. It's very messy and not the ideal application. Maybe I got a defective bottle sprayer? I will definitely try this product again but will buy from a local store so I can return it if I have this problem again. I ended up using almost 3 bottles, to no avail. I developed the "bullseye" type stretch marks around my belly button and more on the lower regions of my belly around month 7, but kept at it because I figured if it wasn't going to prevent the marks, maybe it would minimize the effects of the marks. Who knows if it did or not. I did like the product while using it, it had a nice smell and soothed my itchy skin. I just wish it had worked. One more negative: it was a little oily and I notice that some of my maternity tops (the ones made out of natural materials) have retained a residual smell of oil that I cannot wash out. I will probably find something not so expensive next time. Reviewed by 30 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » Pros

Best Uses Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: There is an brown line in the middle of my belly since I was pregnant for 2 months. I'm worried about the strechmark. After reading a lot of reviews, I thought it must be the thing I need. But then I found I was wrong. I used it when I was six months pregnancy. Although the skin of my belly can felt warm after I use it, the brown line on my belly is the same as it is before. Also, the smell of lavender makes me uncomfortable. The worst thing is I felt cramping every time after I used it. Pros

Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: I have found that the Elasticity Belli Oil does seem to minimize my stretchmarks (and Ive been continuing to apply it, in the attempt to prevent future ones as well). I love the lavender and almond oil scent-- smells heavenly. I have been applying it to my skin after showering--and am eager to try it out as a massage oil too.Im glad I purchased it and Id definitely recommend it to anyone whose looking to improve their skin. Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: I am generally skeptical of products like this because the experts say that stretchmarks are hereditary and that no topical oil or cream can prevent them. Nevertheless, I bought this on a whim and became a believer. I gave birth to full term twins at 38 weeks and did not get a single stretch mark. One bottle lasted my entire pregnancy and a few weeks into the postpartum period, though I wasn't consistent about applying the product until toward the end of my second trimester. I didn't mind the dispenser. I would simply pump five or six squirts into my palm, rub my hands together, and slather my stomach when I got out of the shower. Pros

Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: I'm a 1st time mom and was very concerned about itchy skin & stretch marks. After review of a hand full of other products decided to try this one out... .... LOVE IT!! i'm on my fourth bottle and in between had tried a diff brand (as it was cheaper) but was not happy with it. Deff a very good product even if a little pricy! Pros
Cons
Best Uses Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: I bought and wanted to love this. Sure it helps itchiness a little for a few minutes, but so does a way cheaper oil/cream/lotion. The pros are an amazing natural lavender smell - this is a lavender potpourri smell, not a lavender soap smell. The cons are it didn't really do any better than my $4 bottle of cocoa butter at making the itchies go away. I still got stretch marks after slathering this on several times daily, thank you genetics. This is not a miracle product. It just smells nice. But for [$] unless you have money to throw around, or want to pamper a pregnant lady in your life, skip it and stick to the fBelli acial skin care stuff. Pros

Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: I struggled with sudden itchy red bumps all over my thighs, belly, arms, and chest in my 2nd month of pregnancy (pregnancy Eczema maybe but I never saw the dermatologist), and I tried every kind of Aveeno oatmeal product and then every kind of Palmer's product with only slight relief. I couldn't even wear those over-the-belly pants. My O.B. recommended steroid creams and benadryl, but I don't like using those and I could imagine smearing that stuff all over me every day. I heard about Belli Skincare on the Pregtastic Podcast, and so I ordered some right away. I use it generously twice a day, and finally the itchiness is going away! I use a 4oz. bottle in a month, which gets expensive, but at least I don't have to see the dermatologist, and I don't have to worry about using drugs. The lavender scent is strong, but I find it soothing. It is not too greasy for me. I rub it into my hands rather than washing them. I also use the body lotion. Pros

Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: Very nice belly oil. Nice natural mild lavender scent. Feels oily when applied but so far no problems with staining on clothes. Love that it doesn't have any parabans etc... in it. Only complain is that the spray dispenser is not the best way to apply the oil. The spray dispenser is messy and becomes slippery. I ended up having to unscrew the top and pour when using. Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Belli Elasticity Belly Oil, 4 fl oz: This is way too greasy and oily. Doesn't absorb and I have to wash my hands after applying. Not impressed with the scent either, smells like strong, fake lemon candy. I am now using Bella B tummy honey butter which works and smells great. Pros
