I just received these in the mail today and popped one in my mouth and it was so fishy I almost hurled! What's the return policy on these :( I saw that it went down in price since I purchased it too. I can usually stand a lot of foods and flavors but not this one, I had to spit it out. Should have gotten the Citrus I guess. I eat the Chocolate belly bars and I LOVE them. Not sure what happened here :(

I tried this product once and spit it out. It was disgusting. If you like seaweed or a strong fishy taste, then you would like it.

I chose these BellyBar chews because I wanted an alternative to the Baby Needs Chocolate bars, which I have enjoyed. I had tried the citrus flavored chews, and I enjoyed them, but the chocolate ones don't measure up. For me, it was as if I could taste the omega-3s . . . there was a distinct fishy taste to my not so chocolately chews. I will continue to buy the chocolate bars and the citrus chews, but I thought these chocolate chews were awful.

I misunderstood what these were for. I thought Belly bar was to help get rid of my belly. My last baby was born 25 yrs. ago, So I was suprised when I got them. But I read the other reviews before I bought them, Someone said they taste like chocolate fish, (yum, NOT) But others said they weren't that bad, Well in my oppinion they are like a tootsie roll, But if you chew with your mouth open you can smell a cod liver oil kind of smell. But I didn't notice a fishy taste at all. I would recomend them because I think the nutritional value far out weighs the slight bad smell.

These chocolate chews are really yummy! I love that I get the DHA I need in just a little snack. This product had no fishy taste throughout my pregnancy. I still keep them in my purse for an easy on the go snack :)

I thought the two prior reviews perfectly summed up how I feel about this product. During my 1st and 2nd trimesters I couldn't stomach the idea of fish. These chews tasted like chocolate fish and I couldn't bear them. However, once my 3rd trimester hit, and I started liking fish again, the chews remarkably lost their fishy taste. Now I eat them and I'm happy to get the quick source of DHA.

I just got a bag of these chews as a gift and I was so surprised to read the other review. Mine tasted like tootsie rolls, but healthy! I didn't get any fish flavor at all and in fact, I had a hard time not eating the entire bag. Yum.

These seemed like such a cute idea and a great way to satisfy a chocolate craving and receive health benefits. They taste terrible and I am throwing them away. They taste like chocolate fish oil and I gagged eating one. I would not buy these again or give them as a gift.
