Indications
Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with: Simple Backache, Arthritis, Strains, Bruises, Sprains.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not use: on wounds or damaged skin, with a heating pad, or on a child under 12 years of age with arthritis-like conditions. Ask a doctor before use if you have redness over the affected area. When using this product avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes, do not bandage tightly. Stop use and ask a doctor if: Condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days. Symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days or excessive skin irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

I have used just about all the stick on heat pads on the market. I haven't found one that will stay stuck to my knee & my friends have the same problem. I tried this one as a last resort. I have osteoarthritis in both knees & this product really helps. I have learned to use bandaids all around the pad to keep it stuck on thru the night.

I am shocked, but this product works incredibly well at relieving muscle soreness and pain. I used on my upper back in a last effort to gain some relief from sore, overtired, and stressed muscles. The patch made a bigger difference for me than ice or heating pads. I am officially a fan!

These produce NO HEAT. The chemicals produce the sensation of heat on the skin, but the pads do not heat up (ala Thermacare) to provide deep relief. Repeated references to "heat" are false advertising.

My mother had sensitive skin, and I had tried three different brands previously, but they were all too harsh for her skin. At first, I was told by my friends that I would need to buy heat patches made specially for arthritis and backache; however, my mom's back soon turned red after first use. We thought it was the material of the patch, and later realized that was the 'heat!' Then, I bought this gel-like patches from Bengay, and to my surprise, it worked fabulously. My mom was gonna go to see a doctor for pain prescription, but after several nights using Bengay's patches, the pain was almost gone. We saved a trip to our doctor's office, and that's savings in both time and money! We're very happy with this product!

Previously I used a different patch, but found Ben Gay to be more effective. I normally buy 4-5 boxes at a time. I am disappointed that the price has gone from [$] as I use one patch per day on my knee, and they are getting too expensive for me to use daily. If the price doesn't drop, I'll have to look for an alternative patch.

I have fibromyalgia, so I have times when either my whole body or a specific area really aches horribly. This patch is not only easy to use and keeps you from getting BenGay ointment all over your hands; it stays in place, feels great, and works wonderfully! I highly recommend this product.
For best results, please ensure that skin is clean and dry before applying.
Open Pouch and remove patch
If desired, cut patch to size
Peel off protective backing and apply sticky side to affected area.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
Note: They will first feel cool before generating a warming sensation. Apply one Ultra Strength BenGay® Pain Relieving Patch to the site of pain to deliver the relief you need wherever you need it most.
