You can use Minerva™ during self stimulation or during sexual play or intercourse with a partner.  When using for self stimulation or sexual play, either you or your partner can slide fingers through the Silicone ring with the vibrating bullet in your palm and place over the clitoris or labia.  For use during intercourse, slide the silicone ring over erect penis with the bullet positioned up towards the belly button for clitoral stimulation and for the erectile enhancement.  Position the bullet in the opposite direction for stimulation of the perineum (between the testes/vagina and the anus).  Experiment with the 5 different settings and 10 speeds of vibration and pulsation to experience a range of sensations.

Note:  While it is fine to go from clitoral to perinea stimulation using Minerva, do not go in the reverse (from perinea to clitoral stimulation) without thoroughly cleaning the Minerva first.
