I have tried many different flavors of Bigelow Tea. Most have been excellent. This cinnamon tea was very disappointing. It smelled so good, but it just didn't have much flavor. I even tried steeping it for about 20 minutes and then had to reheat in the microwave, but not much stronger.

This tea is delicious it's actually calming I can't keep it stocked in my home. Everyone that tries it wants it. You can put a cinnamon stick in this or even add cinnamon candy instead of sugar. Good with splenda. Simply delicious. Those that have diabetes this helps with your sugar believe it or not.

Great-tasting Cinnamon tea! Very smooth, no bitter after-taste. It's very hard to find in local stores, [...] :-) It has full caffeine, so I drink the de-caffeinated version in the evening.

Service and delivery comments:

The box holding the sealed tea bags was damaged (slightly crushed open)- since the shipment was well-packaged, it appeared that the damage occurred PRIOR to shipment to me. Since the tea bags are individually sealed, there is no worry about contamination, but I have to hide the damaged boxes in my cabinet, as they are unsightly.

If you really like cinnamon, you'll love the smell and flavor of this tea. To me this would be more of a wake-up and get going tea.
