I tried it twice and even going to the max amount of time recommended and it just didn't do the job. And it still irritated my skin more than a razor would.

I followed the directions and shaved the area before I applied the cream. I even waited two days before using the cream to minimize any burning or irritation. That made no difference. Although I do not consider my skin to be very sensitive, this product burned and caused small cuts. It was a painful experience I do not want to go through again. If you have sensitive skin do not use this product!!!

Much better than regular hair removers for the bikini area. I also use it on my underarms and it works great there, too.

this was my first time with chemical hair removers (except for the creme hair remover i use on my face from sally hansen, which i love). i wanted something easy to use that wouldn't give me the horrible shave bumps i always get from shaving, and i mean tons of horrible painful itchy bumps. i don't think i put enough on, but i felt like i was using the whole bottle on just one use! i spread it on and left it for about 8 minutes. i don't think it took ANY hair off. part of the area seemed a little red and irritated after rinsing so i rubbed some soothing aftershave pad on it. it was a little uncomfortable for a bit but after a while it stopped. now, 2 days later, the part that was red afterwards has like a rash! it doesn't hurt, but every hair follicle looks like i poked it with a needle and made it bleed. i'm a polka dotted freak! i'd much rather have a little stubble from trimming than have little red dots all over my [*].

This product does everything it says and works really well. Say goodbye to shaving with a rasor and that horrible itch that comes with hair that grows back. Worth the money

I use this product exclusively for removing hair from sensitive areas. It works very well, and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I also recommend the Bikini Zone Medicated Pads. They eliminate any irritation, and really help remove the razor bumps.

I had a quite different experience from the other reviewer. I left the product on approximately 5-7 minutes (wasn't watching the clock closely) and all the hair just wiped off! You SHOULD follow the instructions to trim the hair first so that the creme will dissolve the root, not just the rest of the shaft of hair (which will also make the product last longer as you won't have to use the whole thing in one application). I have a horrible problem with razor burn and this is an incredible solution for the bikini area.

This item does not work at all. I first left it on for 6 minutes, all the hair was still there. I tried again another day for 9 minutes, still nothing. This product also has a bad but tolerable odor. I use to use a Veet foam but cannot find the specific one lately.
