I will not shave my bikini area without this stuff!! The Lidocaine relieves any bumps, rashes, or cuts you can get in that area from shaving, especially if you have sensitive skin like me! My skin is left moisturized and free of any razor burn, and I'm ready to go to the beach with my bikini on! It does burn at first contact but only for a few seconds and the scent is a little harsh, but I will definitely deal with that if it means I don't have to have unsightly razor burn in that area!

I used it after using a depilatory cream and it burned my skin and caused it to be red and inflamed. I don't know if I am allergic to this product but it caused red bumps and it looked like I had ingrown hairs. I waited a day to try it again but it did the same exact thing. I will never purchase this produce again.

I have completely shaven "that area" for at least 15 years now. I must use this product daily to keep the painful and ugly pimply bumps from appearing. There have been times that I have run out (since it is only a 1oz. tube), and I have regretted each and every time that I didn't!

Works well to soothe freshly shaven skin. Neasporin works about just as well as do anyother kind of hydrocortosine lotion. Nothing too fancy, it just bears the label "bikini" to entice more purchases...

I used this on my bikini area where I normally get irritation & bumps from a razor quite easily. I didn't like it at first because it immediately turns hot to the point that you want to take it off. However, once I knew what to expect I left it on & it works within a few minutes. It completely removes the irritation & you don't see bumps or redness. Also within those few minutes the hotness goes away & just ends up feeling like lotion. It is a must have for me now. They could improve on the scent as it isn't that great, but it is only light so overall it isn't that bad.

I've used this gel since the second time I shaved my bikini area, and it really helps to soothe the skin. I shave, get out of the shower, dry off, and apply this gel to the shaved area. Yes, it does cause a mild burning sensation -- which I hadn't been expecting -- but it's less like the pain of burning yourself with fire and more like the healing sting of hydrogen peroxide. The burn lasts for a very short time, followed by a cooling relief. It keeps my skin from becoming inflamed, and it does a very good job preventing red bumps or other irritations from forming.
The slight downside is that if you apply TOO much, it flakes off a little after it dries, but that's easily corrected by only using a moderate layer of gel.

I really did not think this would work, but it did. It was not perfect for ingrown hairs, but it definitely helped the bumps and irritation. I followed the directions and I have found my product! It may not last THAT long, but it is much cheaper than Tend Skin.
