My husband was also hoping to lose a few pounds so we tried it together. We have been using the product for the last two weeks and so far no weight loss for either of us, with all other things unchanged (I even upped my excercise slightly). I would like to say otherwise, but found this product generally ineffective for my goals. I do watch what I eat and try to exercise 2 times a week. I do notice I'm pulling up my pants more often, throughout the day!
