It works! May have to take a lot on bad days if you have severe allergies like I do (as directed on package of course). But relief is priceless sometimes.
I rated this item as three stars. Medically, the theory behind this item should definetely work! Unfortunately, I did not give this product long enough to work due to the horrible TASTE. I rated this item on the horrible taste that was undigestible. It tasted worse than eating dirt. Compare it to the idea of eating grandma's mothballs and inch thick dust on table.
Adults, for acute symptoms, chew and let dissolve in the mouth 2 tablets every 2 hours. For continued allergy relief, take 2 tablets 3 times daily. Children 2-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage. For children under 2 years of age, consult your health care professional. Dosage for sensitive persons and asthma sufferers is contained in the package insert. For best results take in a clean mouth.
